Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ClearView Edmond Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our tree service offerings in Edmond, OK and surrounding areas.

Services Description

ClearView Edmond Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and crew scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, additional services required, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

Property Access and Responsibility

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles on your property. You must also ensure all necessary permits are obtained before work begins, unless we have agreed to handle permits on your behalf.

While we take great care to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work may result in minor damage to lawns, landscaping, or structures. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any impact.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

Liability and Insurance

ClearView Edmond Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to trees, structures, or property that is discovered during work.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Safety and Compliance

We follow all industry safety standards and local regulations. Our crew members are trained professionals who use proper safety equipment and techniques.

You agree to keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the work area during operations for their safety.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion and we will work to address your concerns.

However, we cannot warranty the health or survival of trees after pruning or other services, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
